Indeed their very design, often unique and sometimes bespoke, reflects a particular artistic vision and narrative of the designer. As I pointed out in my previous blog, &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlotteigguldenart.co.uk\/blog\/2017\/07\/27\/home-is-where-the-art-is-the-world-of-interiors-magazine\/\">Home is where the Art is:&#8217;<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>&#8220;Without art, design is merely function. Both art and design are means of communication, and both can elicit an emotional response.&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>You can be certain to find inspiration from the many furniture makers, artisans, lighting designers, and accessory brands that will be exhibiting at the Design Show.\u00a0Whether it&#8217;s choosing a bespoke table by <a href=\"http:\/\/addesignshow.com\/about\/exhibitors\/#124\">Attitude Furnishings<\/a>, &#8216;baby-soft&#8217; alpaca throws by <a href=\"http:\/\/addesignshow.com\/about\/exhibitors\/#43#776\">Alicia Adams<\/a>, secure iron fences and gates by <a href=\"http:\/\/addesignshow.com\/about\/exhibitors\/#256\">Compass Iron Security,<\/a> handmade wooden chairs and tables by <a href=\"http:\/\/addesignshow.com\/about\/exhibitors\/#456\">Erickson Woodworking<\/a>, wall art and wall d\u00e9cor by <a href=\"http:\/\/addesignshow.com\/about\/exhibitors\/#228\">Mitchell Black<\/a>, lighting by <a href=\"http:\/\/addesignshow.com\/about\/exhibitors\/#268\">Rayon Roskar<\/a>, custom flooring by <a href=\"http:\/\/addesignshow.com\/about\/exhibitors\/#812\">Sunshine Hardwood Floors<\/a>, or geometric leather rugs by <a href=\"http:\/\/addesignshow.com\/about\/exhibitors\/#620\">Avo Studio<\/a>, each lends a statement to your room, whether subtle or obvious.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>When combined with paintings and sculpture in an interior setting, furnishings create a visual tapestry of the owner&#8217;s personality, interwoven with meaningful elements. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Their intentional design adopts a new meaning and purpose: As Coco Chanel aptly put it, &#8216;an interior is the natural projection of the soul.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>I love visiting New York, here is a rather iconic building whose name derives from the nickname for the city: &#8216;Empire State.&#8217; Designed by architect William F.
